Mr. Cassin has twenty-seven year background in supporting companies achieve their strategic goals.

Mark has held positions as cocreator of the Apple Retail Stores retail training, vision and values, and credo—and has successfully developed and marketed a unique Apple third-party revenue generating program.


Mr. Cassin has clients from dozens of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, including, Barnes & Noble, D-Link, BMW USA, Pacific Bell, IBM, AT&T Wireless Services, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Starwood Hotels.

From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Cassin was a Project Manager for Learning International (now AchieveGlobal), a worldwide sales performance and training company. As project manager, editor, and instructional designer, he developed successful training programs for companies such as HealthNet, Foundation Health, Basic American Foods, Levi Strauss, that focused on the specific needs of sales professionals.

Mr. Cassin is a member of the American Marketing Association, Bay Area Integrated Marketers, and holds a degree in Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley. He has built many successful businesses, worked with Boards of Directors and CEOs in the high-tech industry, and has created dynamic training to support companies and organizations succeed. Mark is a board member and contributor to Worlsprire— a global business research, market intelligence, and consulting company with a China and pacific-rim focus.
